April Update
LA Fitness has begun work on constructing their 45,000 S.F. building. SRO also began construction of buildings number one and two on the corner of the shopping center. LA Fitness plans to be complete by November 1, 2013 with their new facility. Buildings one and two will have the first tenants open for business by the same time. SRO plans to begin construction of pad three, Hop Jacks restaurant, by August 1, 2013.
Construction Progress
Our general contractor, Robertson & Olsen, has kept the site work on schedule. Ninety percent of the utilities are in place in the ground. Building construction will begin in the next few weeks on the LA Fitness building and on building number one at the corner of 196th and Hwy 99. Building number two will begin shortly after number one.
Leasing Activity Proceeds Successfully
Leasing activity by First Western Properties has been proceeding nicely with half of the tenants signed up.
Site Work Begins
Site work on Lynnwood Crossroads begins. Construction equipment arrives for groundbreaking.
