SRO is excited to announce that construction on the final vacant pad has commenced and is the future location of an organic grocery store at Lynnwood Crossroads Shopping Center. We look forward to completing the store by the end of the year and anticipate the grand opening April 2019!

SRO is proud to announce that Lynnwood Crossroads Shopping Center has been fully occupied since April 2015. The shopping center offers a variety of top named stores providing many options for families to enjoy including dining, fitness and more. With the summer months coming to a close, take advantage of the great weather and dine ‘al fresco’ at one of the outdoor dining establishments.

SRO is proud to announce the openings of MOD Pizza, Scottrade and Total Nutrition in the newest building at Lynnwood Crossroads!

November 11 Update

SRO is currently completing the shell for Building Four at Lynnwood Crossroads. The tenants will begin their tenant improvements in December. Look for MOD Pizza, Total Nutrition and Scottrade to open by March 1, 2015!

August 20 Update

Hop Jack’s Restaurant has been open for a month now and is doing great business and serving delicious food and drink! Come in to sample their extensive menu for family fun. And there are plenty of TV screens to see the games from any seat in the house.

Building Four is making fast progress. The concrete slab is poured and the steel building frame is going up. The shell will be complete by mid October. Look for MOD Pizza, Scottrade and Total Nutrition to open up just after the New Year!

July 9 Update

The Joint Chiropractic Clinic is now open for business!

Additionally, we are pleased to announce the opening of Hop Jack’s restaurant as of July 21, 2014.

Finally, SRO has begun construction on the next building at Lynnwood Crossroads which will include MOD Pizza, Total Nutrition and Scottrade. The building shell is scheduled to be completed by November 1, 2104, then the tenants will then begin their build outs. Look for these businesses to open shortly after the new year in 2015.
